Bill 16 — Provincial Offences Procedure Act Amendments: Virtual Proceedings and Ministerial Control

Amends the Provincial Offences Procedure Act to introduce virtual proceedings in provincial courts, grant the Minister power to prohibit virtual proceedings, approve digital services, and expand bylaw-making authority to First Nation bands.
